Andrew Thomas
Andrew is a seasoned M&A technology advisor and specialist with significant industry and advisory experience focusing on the technology, telecoms and media industry sectors. He is formerly a senior member of EY’s M&A Strategy and Operations team, advising on company operations, technology operating models, digital readiness and value creation opportunities during acquisitions, separations and integrations for both buy- and sell-sides. In addition to his advisory expertise, he has operational experience in industry and start-up environments across several technology ecosystems.
Andrew has an MBA in Finance and Strategy from London Business School, and an Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from Bristol University.
Hsiung Luu
Hsiung is an experienced technology M&A advisor who has assisted clients with their deal or commercial propositions. His hands-on technical knowledge was gained in the banking and insurance industries, and has proven to be a differentiator for technology due diligence and IT strategy formation. He is an Agilist and DevOps at heart and has assisted clients adopting to new operating models among the rapidly changing IT landscape.
Hsiung has an BSc in Computer Science from University of Technology Sydney and an Master's degree in Project Management from University of Sydney.
Ravikanth Tadikonda
Ravi is a hands-on DevOps lead, Java developer, architect, and general IT guru. He has held senior technical roles at Oracle, Adobe, Sun Microsystems, and Cognizant. His background in Adobe CMS/CEM (eCommerce platform) has driven online conversion improvements for numerous FTSE250 companies. Ravi leads our Remote Cloud Support practice which provides data solutions, cloud engineering, and Adobe CEM.
Ravi has a B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering from Gulbarga University, and is fluent in English, Tegel and Hindi.

Alvaro Garcia Martinez
Alvaro is a seasoned commercial and engineering director, specialising in renewable energy, energy storage and automotive manufacturing sectors. Blending technical expertise and hands-on experience, he has managed production lines and supply chains in Europe, China and APAC regions. He is currently leading global scale-up businesses in lithium-ion batteries and electric mobility.
Alvaro has a Master's degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering from the University of Navarra, is certified in Solar Photovoltaic Technologies by the European Energy Centre, and is fluent in English, Spanish and Mandarin Chinese.
Lisa Luu
Lisa has led global digital insights and business analysis teams in scale-ups and SaaS businesses for over 10 years. Her expertise lies in transforming disparate data sources into commercial insights, specialising in: market intelligence, pricing / product strategy and digital marketing solutions. She is also a regular publisher and public speaker at industry conferences, such as Internet Retailing, Tech Meetups and Masterclassing.
Lisa has a Bachelor's degree in International Studies - Economics and Politics from the University of Sydney.
